This notice covers DIDA NYC Hair Studio, 92-29 Queens Blvd CU-6, Rego Park, NY 11374, and what happens to the details you type into the barber training interest form on our barber training page.
WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY
- First name
- So we can address you by name in an email.
- Email address
- The only way we would contact you about barber training.
- What you are interested in
- Which of the listed options (weekend workshops, a possible future program, one-on-one time, or undecided) you picked, so Mike can see what people actually want.
- Experience level (optional)
- Whether you are new, self-taught, a student, or already working, so any session could be pitched at the right level.
- Availability (optional)
- Weekends, weekday evenings, weekday daytime, or flexible — used only to judge when demand exists.
- ZIP code (optional)
- A rough sense of how far people would travel. We do not use it to identify you or to buy data about you.
- Your consent choice
- Whether you checked the email consent box, together with the wording and version of the consent you agreed to, and the time you submitted it.
- How you arrived
- The referring page and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) in the link you followed, so we know which page or post the interest came from.
The form also contains one hidden decoy field that real visitors never see or fill in. If it comes back filled, the submission is treated as automated spam.
We do not collect a phone number through this form, and we do not send SMS or text messages. There is no phone or SMS field to fill in. We also do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site — the interest list is not enrollment and nothing is charged.
WHO ELSE HANDLES IT
DIDA NYC Hair Studio decides what the interest list is used for. We use the following services to host the site, capture and store responses, and measure aggregate site activity:
- ProteusX — the lead and email platform that receives the form submission, stores the interest list, and records your consent. Submissions go directly from your browser to their capture endpoint at app.proteusx.ai.
- Vercel — the hosting provider that serves this website. Their analytics records aggregate page and event counts, but the interest-form submission is sent directly from your browser to ProteusX.
- Google Analytics — measures site usage. The training events we send it are counts and categories only: which button was clicked, which field categories failed validation, and whether a submission succeeded or failed. Your name, email address, ZIP code, and any raw error text are never included in an analytics event.
Beyond those providers, we do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep interest-list entries only as long as we need them to run the interest list — that is, until the workshop question is settled and we have told you the outcome, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. After that we keep only what we need for ordinary business records, such as proof that you consented to email, and we delete the rest.
UNSUBSCRIBING AND DELETION
You can withdraw from the interest list at any time. If DIDA begins sending training emails, those messages will include unsubscribe instructions. To unsubscribe now, or to ask us to delete what we hold about you, contact the shop:

Tell us the email address you signed up with so we can find and delete the right entry. We will action the request as soon as we reasonably can.
CHANGES
If what we collect or who processes it changes, we will update this page. This notice describes the barber training interest form; it does not cover appointment booking, which is handled by our booking provider under their own terms.
